No Turning Back: Embracing Entrepreneurship and Motherhood on My Own Terms

When I found myself pregnant with my third, I knew that my family would not survive my career as a global marketing leader with the demands of a new baby and active bigger kids.

Inspired by women who were charting their own path of professional fulfillment without having to trade presence as a mother and building a beautiful home life, I knew that my “someday” dream of consulting couldn’t wait any longer.

I reached out to a coach friend (shout out Meagan Fitzgerald) who posed the question, “If it doesn’t work out would you go back to corporate?” Of course, I would. Her response was one of the most powerful gut punches. “Then why are you living out your worst case scenario every day?”

I immediately started planning to launch my own consulting business - a lifelong dream held back by limiting beliefs.

By the time I left the corporate world, I had multiple clients signed. Suddenly I was doing the parts of work I liked best, on my own terms, while being more available than ever to my family. Shortly after, I had commitments scheduled out a full year, and the guarantee of replacing my corporate income. But best of all, I experienced way less stress, which could be felt by ALL.

I knew there was no turning back.

Have there been bumps along the way? Sure. Learnings? Loads. But did all the things I was scared of for years actually happen? No.

And now I am called to help others take control of their lives.

From big breaths to big risks, I’m here to help you build a roadmap to your better life and to cultivate the bravery to not wait any longer. You’re worth it.
